    Issue:

    Performance degradation when viewing activity logs from Cloud Studio, Design Studio, and the Management Console.

    Cause:

    This was caused by degradation related to an archive table on the persistence layer.

    Resolution:

    The team put in a fix to reroute transactions that allowed for queued requests to process.

    Update: An action has been taken to resume service to view activity logs for the last hour in NA. Additional fix will restore view activities beyond that later today. Job operation run time and access will be un-effected. Further updates will be posted.
