    Summary

    An unbound query of the activity log caused system degradation while retrieving activity and status logs. This in turn caused delays in Jitterbit Harmony affecting the Management Console, API performance, and project deployment.

    After clearing the long-running query, service was restored at April 2, 2020 1:59 PM PDT (2020-04-02 20:59 UTC).
