    Duration: The issue was experienced by a subset of users from approximately 20:00 2021-04-12 to 20:00 2021-04-13 UTC (24 hours)

    Summary: A change was made in the 10.34 release that caused any older login sessions not to be valid.

    Actions: Steps have been taken to reduce any future impact caused by changes in the application.
