    Duration: One hour and two minute outage

    Description:
    At approximately 10:13am UTC, EMEA Jitterbit Harmony experienced an outage that lasted 1 hour, 2 minutes.

    During this time, users experienced issues logging into Jitterbit Harmony, working with Cloud Studio, and/or executing operations. Some users  who were able to log in to the Harmony platform reported slow response times while navigating the web management console.

    Cause:

    Code that was released in version 10.37 had a bug that triggered only in a specific scenario. This bug caused high CPU utilization on our datastore which resulted in issues with Harmony and upstream services.

    Actions:

    A fix was put in place to address the bug.
