Beginning 2019-10-10 19:02 UTC, North America region Harmony cloud customers began experiencing issues with scheduled operations where jobs were not executing or completing.
Jitterbit’s Operations Team received alerts and began taking action, which did not immediately resolve the problem. The scheduler service continued to exhibit problems and jobs began to queue until the issue was determined and resolved.
After an extended investigation, a defect was discovered where an improperly handled exception caused the agent registration to fail. This same registration service is used by the scheduling service.
A solution was implemented to clear and prevent this scenario caused by the mishandled exception. An permanent code fix to correct this is scheduled for the next release.
