Announcing upcoming emergency maintenance of Jitterbit Harmony to the NA region on July 18, 2019 to address an issue with communication between Jitterbit Harmony Agents and Jitterbit Harmony.
This maintenance is scheduled for Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 7:15 pm PDT through 8:15 pm PDT (2019-07-19 02:15 through 2019-07-19 03:15 UTC).
During this maintenance, there are no planned disruptions or downtime. There may be issues retrieving information from the Harmony Management Console’s Activities page, and there is a remote possibility that a scheduled operation may be skipped during this time.
We recommend that Harmony users check that any scheduled operations ran as planned.
