The Production Cloud Agent Group is being upgraded from agent version 10.8 to agent version 10.11.
The Production Cloud Agent Group is scheduled to be upgraded in the EMEA region from 2020-01-14 20:00 UTC through 2020-01-15 02:00 UTC (Tuesday, January 14, 2020 from 12 noon PST through 6:00 pm PST).
The Sandbox Cloud Agent Group is currently available for testing your projects with agent version 10.11 to ensure that you are ready for this upgrade of the Production Cloud Agent Group.
During this upgrade, there are no planned disruptions or downtime. If you have any questions, contact support.
