We are currently investigating an issue with the use of the Jitterbit HMAC-SHA256 Generator plugin. In order to mitigate this issue with running operations in the Production Cloud Agent Group, we have had to temporarily remove the Jitterbit HMAC-SHA256 Generator plugin and it is currently unavailable. We started noticing degraded performance around 2019-10-11 08:00 UTC. We will provide further updates.
